1. Acceptance

By using ApexIndex (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ApexIndex provides an AI-powered business diagnostic tool and associated educational content. Reports are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or IT advice.

3. Free diagnostic

The diagnostic form and AI readiness report are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for premium features in the future with reasonable notice.

4. Payments

Where payment is required (e.g. for the full strategy session or Academy), all transactions are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.

5. Intellectual property

The ApexIndex platform, report templates, and AI models are our intellectual property. Your report output is yours to use as you wish.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexIndex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the diagnostic report or any recommendations therein. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
